About the Role: We're looking for a visionary Chief People Officer to shape our talent strategy across the Caribbean and beyond. You'll lead all aspects of talent acquisition, DEI, performance, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement global HR strategies and policies Lead workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing Build scalable systems to support remote, hybrid, and on-site teams Serve as advisor to executive leadership on people-related matters
Requirements:
10+ years in strategic HR leadership Experience leading distributed or remote teams Advanced knowledge of HRIS, labor laws, and HR metrics Proven track record of high-impact HR transformation
