WW Specialist: Senior Business Development, AWS Interactive Video Service

About the role
This role is a high-impact business development position that combines strategic thinking with disciplined hands-on execution. Reporting to the IVS General Manager (GM), you will own the cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) engine that drives revenue growth and market adoption of IVS across industry verticals globally. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent enabling and executing GTM operations, orchestrating cross-functional teams, driving pipeline, and ensuring tight coordination across IVS product, Solutions Architecture, AWS field sales, and partner organizations within AWS. The remaining 30% will be spent partnering directly with the GM to develop customers and execute big bets in our growth strategy.
Key job responsibilities
Own and drive the IVS GTM operating rhythm: pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, deal progression, revenue tracking from new deals.
Cross-functional coordination across IVS Product Management, Solutions Architecture, AWS field sales, and partner organizations within AWS such as Industry Marketing, Sales, and Specialist Sales organizations.
Enable field sales teams and partners through training, sales plays, customer-ready collateral, and competitive positioning
Write business narratives and presentations to support customer and internal engagements
Partner with the GM to develop and execute the strategy for winning large scale platform workloads, including building executive-level business cases
Identify and drive cross-portfolio opportunities that combine IVS with adjacent AWS services to deliver differentiated, integrated solutions for customers
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with product, and field sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
- Experience managing opportunity pipelines and GTM operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal tracking)
- Strong business writing skills: ability to create executive narratives, customer-facing presentations, and internal strategy documents
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Comfort with AI tooling and automation, data analysis, financial modeling, and GTM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
Preferred qualifications
- Experienced in working with geographically distributed global sales teams and customers- Experience selling to or partnering with social/gaming/UGC platforms and frontier model or AI-native companies at CTO/CPO/VP-of-Engineering level
- Experience in real-time video/audio infrastructure, WebRTC, live streaming, agent workflows and architectures
- Experience with large-scale tech migrations or platform displacement deals
- MBA or other postgraduate degree in a technical or business field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
