Sr. AI-DLC GTM Specialist, WWSO
AWS EMEA SARL (Denmark Branch) · London, England, United Kingdom · Business/Merchant Development
Full-timeSenior
About the role
Are you passionate about how Agentic AI is transforming the way software is built, tested, and maintained? Would you like to be part of a team that is helping customers deliver value faster while maintaining security and reliability standards?
AWS is building the future of the AI-Driven Lifecycle (AIDLC), accelerating every stage of the software delivery lifecycle, from specification through coding, testing, deployment, and operations. From Kiro, an AI-powered development environment that helps developers go from idea to production-ready applications, to the AWS DevOps Agent — an always-available operations teammate that resolves and prevents incidents — our vision is to help customers move from coding assistants to end-to-end agentic engineering.
Rather than owning a single service, you will own In this role, you will define and execute the EMEA GTM strategy for AWS’ AI-native software development services. Rather than owning a single service, you will own the cross-cutting AIDLC narrative spanning AI-assisted coding, agentic testing, automated deployment, and intelligent operations and translate it into use-case-led motions that land measurable business outcomes in enterprise customers. You will enable the broader field on new launches and you will lead campaigns to drive awareness and adoption in EMEA markets. You will be working directly with customers, forming trusted executive relationships and supporting customers as they move from initial experimentation to advanced AI-driven value creation. You’ll collaborate with a broad group of people across AWS and act as the conduit between our customers and AWS product teams. Most importantly, you’ll make a difference by applying your expertise to our customers’ most critical problems.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the EMEA AIDLC GTM strategy end-to-end — drive enterprise adoption of Kiro, AWS DevOps Agent, and complementary AI-native development services through use-case-led motions. Define the narrative, identify high-impact adoption patterns, and build the playbook for the field.
- Land AI-driven software transformation in enterprises— develop and execute account-level AIDLC strategies for priority customers, mapping engineering priorities to AI-accelerated SDLC use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and guiding customers from initial experimentation to production-scale AI-driven development.
- Enable the broader field on new launches — create packaged enablement (use-case frameworks, competitive positioning, demo scripts, talk tracks) that raises the bar across EMEA sales and SA teams on AIDLC services.
- Build and execute scaled GTM programmes— design motions including developer workshops, AI-native SDLC assessments, hackathons, customer roundtables, and regional campaigns that create demand and accelerate adoption.
- Operate at the executive and practitioner level — form trusted relationships with engineering leaders (VP Engineering, CTO, Head of Platform) on AI-driven development strategy while simultaneously engaging developers, DevOps engineers, and architects on adoption patterns and hands-on tooling.
- Be the voice of EMEA customers to Product — synthesise regional customer requirements, competitive signals (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.), and adoption blockers into actionable feedback that shapes AWS AIDLC service roadmaps.
- Influence Marketing— co-develop thought leadership, digital campaigns, and customer success stories that position AWS as the platform of choice for AI-native software development.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Specialist, Field, Partner, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution on AIDLC priorities.
