We're looking for an HR Program Manager with a proven delivery record to own and execute strategic, cross functional projects across our AU, SG, and CN networks. You'll be the connective tissue between site level pain points and central technology teams, translating operational problems into product requirements and driving them all the way to deployment. You'll champion AI adoption across site HR teams, drive digital first enablement for new site launches, and communicate regularly with senior leadership up to VP level.

This role will be based 5 days a week on site at our Sydney CBD office or nearest Amazon Fulfillment Centre.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive program objectives: provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support
• Scale services and tools: design processes and procedures that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion
• Define key performance indicators: develop metrics for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives
• Manage complex and important initiatives that resolve critical and/or endemic challenges
• Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations. Work closely with HR, PXT Technology and Programs, Operations, Finance and ER/Legal teams to ensure processes and trainings are aligned
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of PXT technology launches across the AU network, managing dependencies across product, engineering, change management, and site operations teams
• Drive AI and automation adoption within PXT site teams: identify opportunities to improve or remove standard work through AI solutions
• Operate the fast feedback-to-intake loop: capture site team feedback and problem statements, translate into technology intakes, and drive prioritization with central teams
- Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with AI and HR technology platforms and systems (e.g., workforce scheduling, associate self service tools, engagement platforms)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
- Experience in program or project management, delivering cross functional initiatives from intake through deployment
- Experience defining requirements and working with technology or engineering teams to deliver system or product solutions

Basic qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a HR professional with a track record of designing and delivering programs at scale- Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with AI and HR technology platforms and systems (e.g., workforce scheduling, associate self service tools, engagement platforms)
