Full-timeLead
About the role
Are you customer centric, smart and analytical, strategic yet execution focused, entrepreneurial, and passionate about protecting brands? Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing and most innovative brand protection businesses? Are you interested in a high impact, high ownership role that sits at the intersection of product authenticity, brand trust, and customer confidence? If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you. Come join our team and help define the course of Amazon's product authenticity and brand protection business.
Amazon's vision is to be Earth's most customer-centric company and the most trusted place for brands to grow and protect their business. We build programs and solutions that help brand owners verify product authenticity, secure their supply chain through serialization, and build customer trust — delighting millions of brands and customers every day.
We are looking for a smart, metrics and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to independently own our most important brand-facing product authenticity initiatives — the "big rocks" that move the business. You will set the go-to-market and adoption roadmap for our product authenticity and serialization programs, build and scale marketing campaigns across the funnel, and define the dashboards and mechanisms that track enrollment, adoption, engagement, and retention.
Key job responsibilities
1. Owning and driving the biggest, product marketing initiatives for brand protection and authenticity programs end to end — from strategy through execution and measurable business impact.
2. Designing and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) programs that target high-value brands and segments with tailored, high-touch messaging around supply chain integrity and anti-counterfeiting solutions.
3. Owning the full marketing funnel — awareness, lead generation, enrollment, activation, and retention — and independently driving conversion improvements at each stage.
4. Building and scaling lifecycle and nurture programs (email, social, webinars, outbound, onboarding journeys) that move brands from awareness to active adoption of authenticity solutions.
5. Leading go-to-market strategy for major new feature and program launches, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and cross-program placements.
6. Defining the metrics, dashboards, and mechanisms used to measure program health (enrollment rates, serialization adoption, scan rates, brand engagement), and reporting performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Developing content and thought-leadership strategies (case studies, playbooks, webinars, brand-facing events) that drive awareness and enrollment at scale for product authenticity programs.
8. Establishing best practices and reusable playbooks, and mentoring peers and junior team members to raise the bar across the org.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
