Job Summary

Our client is building a next-generation AI product centered on context-aware agent experiences. The platform brings together multi-channel conversations, persistent memory, user identity, action items, and long-running workflows to create intelligent experiences that can understand context and support users over time.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines strong product judgment, UX thinking, and technical fluency. This person will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, translating complex and ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and executable requirements.

The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing LLM behavior, state and data flows, permissions, failure modes, and edge cases with engineers, while also thinking deeply about usability, trust, and the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based product.

  • Lead product discovery, identify user needs, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on user and business impact.

  • Translate ambiguous problems and early-stage concepts into clear product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable specifications.

  • Partner closely with engineering to reason through system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, data flows, and technical constraints.

  • Work through complex edge cases, failure modes, error recovery, permissions, and user-control scenarios to ensure reliable product experiences.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to move ideas from discovery through execution and launch.

  • Conduct and incorporate user research to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.

  • Write clear, concise product documentation and user-facing product copy when needed.

  • Make high-judgment tradeoffs between product velocity, usability, technical complexity, and system correctness.

  • Maintain a strong focus on user trust, privacy, continuity, and the quality of long-term interactions.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Senior Product Management: Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution.

  • Product & UX Judgment: Strong understanding of UX and interaction design, with the ability to evaluate user journeys, flows, and product experiences at a high level.

  • Ambiguity to Execution: Proven ability to take broad, undefined problems and turn them into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create or effectively use wireframes, prototypes, and other lightweight artifacts to communicate and validate product ideas.

  • Technical Fluency: Strong technical understanding of complex software systems and the ability to collaborate directly with engineers on technical decisions.

  • AI/LLM Fluency: Ability to discuss LLM behavior, state management, data flows, system behavior, and edge cases with technical teams.

  • Trust & User Control: Strong product judgment around permissions, privacy, user control, error recovery, reliability, and long-running user interactions.

  • Product Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear product requirements, documentation, and product narratives.

  • Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Latam based.

Nice to Have / Differentials

  • Experience building or managing conversational interfaces, AI assistants, agentic products, or workflow automation platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.

  • Formal education or professional experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

  • Experience taking zero-to-one products from early concept and discovery through launch.

  • Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced product environments.

  • Experience with products involving persistent memory, identity, permissions, multi-step workflows, or context-aware experiences.
