What are employers actually asking for right now?
Employers are asking most often for cloud, data, and Python skills, while salary, sponsorship, and work-authorization details are still missing from most postings.
Findings
We read job adverts from employers’ own boards all day. These are the things we found by counting them — how many state a salary, how many mention a visa, what they ask for. Every figure comes from the openings on this site, and each piece says how many it counted.

Most employers say nothing about visa sponsorship; the ones that do are a small minority, so you need to search for the statement rather than assume it from the company alone.
39.4% of the job adverts we could see state a salary, while 60.6% do not.
