About the role

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

At Adobe, we help the world's leading brands create exceptional customer experiences. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to some of the largest and most strategic organisations across the Nordic region.

You will partner with customers to maximise the value of their Adobe Experience Cloud investment by driving technical readiness, solution adoption, operational excellence, and long-term business outcomes. Acting as an extension of the customer's team, you will provide proactive technical leadership, coordinate technical engagement activities, and help customers navigate complex digital transformation initiatives. As a champion for the customer, you will share personalised knowledge and business-critical insights across people, process, and technology, align Adobe teams on the customer’s behalf, and deliver consistent value across the entire customer journey.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Account Manager, you will:

  • Build positive relationships with customer collaborators ranging from technical practitioners through to senior leadership.
  • Own the technical health of assigned customer accounts and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and optimisation recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain Technical Readiness Roadmaps aligned to customer priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead technical reviews including environment reviews, service reviews, release readiness discussions, and operational health assessments.
  • Coordinate milestone-based engagements such as implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, go-lives, and peak-event preparation.
  • Drive adoption of Adobe solutions through best-practice guidance, technical coaching, and use-case activation.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Solution Consultants, Product teams, Support, Engineering, and Technical Account Directors to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Act as the customer's technical advocate within Adobe and facilitate appropriate management of blocking issues when required.
  • Deliver regular business and technical insights that demonstrate customer value and support renewal readiness.
  • Contribute to customer retention, growth, and long-term success through proactive engagement and careful planning.
  • Connect customers with the right Adobe resources — such as Professional Services or Integrated Services — when hands-on implementation, development, or deployment work is required.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Provide strategic technical guidance across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Assess customer environments and recommend improvements to performance, stability, governance, and scalability.
  • Support customers through major business events and digital initiatives.

Customer Success

  • Drive measurable customer outcomes through structured technical engagements.
  • Help customers realise value from existing investments and identify new opportunities for optimisation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer business objectives and technical priorities.

Programme Management

  • Coordinate technical activities across multiple collaborators.
  • Track customer objectives, technical achievements, and success plans.
  • Ensure timely execution of agreed actions and commitments.

Risk Management

  • Identify technical risks before they impact business outcomes.
  • Develop mitigation plans and coordinate resources across Adobe teams.
  • Support executive communications during critical situations when needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • Experience working in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Technical Support, or a related customer-facing technology role.
  • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, digital platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Ability to understand both business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple collaborators.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital marketing, customer experience platforms, analytics, personalization, ecommerce, or marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership audiences.
  • Project or programme management experience.
  • Industry insight relevant to the customer’s sector, with the ability to translate market and technology trends into practical recommendations.

Success in This Role

  • Build executive presence and trusted advisor relationships.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities before customers do.
  • Coordinate complex technical initiatives with confidence.
  • Balance technical depth with strong business insight.
