Solutions Architects work hand in hand with AWS customers to help them make the most of the Cloud. They are at the crossroads of business and technology and engage with organizations at all stages of cloud adoption. Solutions Architects also take a leading role in creating and presenting technical content and best practices.
Solutions Architects own the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS. They work to understand the customer's business needs and give prescriptive guidance on how to create business value with technology.
In this role you will get to practice your creativity, linking technology to tangible solutions and educating AWS customers about the art of the possible. You will have the opportunity to define or invent cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases. You will have the support to grow your expertise in software industry and technology areas of depth. Key job responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their mission-critical projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
You will also:
* Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
* You will own the technical relationship with the customer and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide. You will share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the AWS platform.
* Take a leading role in the creation and capture of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts). Evangelize and educate about AWS technology and industry trends (e.g. workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).
* Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching and mentoring others.
* Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer's outcomes.
A day in the life
You will have the opportunity to work with account managers to help ISV customers accelerate their cloud implementation to modernize their business on AWS. Working with these customers, you will help them transform existing workloads by designing modern target architectures optimized for business agility, innovation, performance, resiliency, cost, security, and more using both native and partner solutions.
Our teams focus on understanding customer key business drivers as well as the existing application architecture(s) to deliver a technical recommendation to the customer with a goal of designing a robust cloud architecture that can scale as their business requires.

The AWS ISV Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with software companies. We’re here to help customers to design and build some of the most scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures and solutions – cost efficiently to enable them to expand their business globally.
- 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
- Experience in managing complex sales processes with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience architecting or migrating workloads on AWS or other major cloud platforms(Azure, GCP)
- Experience creating technical content(white papers, reference architectures, blog posts) or delivering public-facing presentations (workshops, meetups, conferences)
- Familiarity with enterprise IT landscapes in Turkey or the broader EMEA region, including ISV/SaaS partner ecosystems
- Expertise in one or more of the following: DevOps, Containers, Serverless, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Application Migration & Modernisation and Business Transformation.

Basic qualifications
- 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience- 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
- Experience in managing complex sales processes with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
Preferred qualifications
- AWS Certifications(e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional)- Experience architecting or migrating workloads on AWS or other major cloud platforms(Azure, GCP)
- Experience creating technical content(white papers, reference architectures, blog posts) or delivering public-facing presentations (workshops, meetups, conferences)
