An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.

• Develop and execute a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap across existing and emerging channels, partners, targeting approaches, creative strategies, and mobile acquisition capabilities.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key advertising platforms, mobile ecosystem partners, and technology providers, identifying opportunities to improve performance and unlock new capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with product, technical, finance, business intelligence, creative, and business teams to execute complex, time-sensitive growth initiatives and improve the end-to-end mobile acquisition experience.
• Partner with mobile marketing teams across Amazon to establish best practices, leverage shared capabilities and partner relationships, and advance a unified approach to mobile acquisition.
