Partner Development Manager , Benelux Partner Team

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Dutch Branch · Amsterdam, Netherlands · Business/Merchant Development

Full-timeLead

About the role

Enterprise customers in the Benelux aren't just moving to cloud anymore they're rebuilding how they work with AI, data platforms, and modern infrastructure. And they're doing it with partners. GSIs are redesigning delivery models, ISVs are embedding generative AI into their products, and local SIs are growing cloud practices faster than ever. For us, this means the partner ecosystem has become one of the biggest drivers of enterprise pipeline in the region.

We're hiring a Technology Business Developer to own the strategic partner portfolio for the Benelux region. You'll be the person who connects the dots between what our partners build and what our largest enterprise customers need. This isn't a role where you manage from the sidelines you'll sit at the intersection of our sales organization and our most important partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute joint business plans with strategic partners (GSIs and national SIs) to drive partner-attributed pipeline and revenue growth across Enterprise, Strategic, and Public Sector segments in Benelux
- Create and progress co-sell pipeline by embedding directly in deal cycles alongside account teams, turning partner capabilities into closed revenue
- Develop executive relationships with partner C-suite and practice leaders that unlock joint investment, sponsorship on strategic accounts, and faster deal progression
- Champion partner value internally ensure partners are part of account planning, pipeline reviews, and go-to-market strategy across the Benelux sales organization
- Design automation and AI-driven lead-routing for the longer tail of sales opportunities, building scale mechanisms that let the broader field team tap into partners without bottlenecks

A day in the life
Your week starts with a pipeline review alongside your sales counterparts what's moving, what's stuck, where partners fit. Midweek shifts to partner-facing work: a quarterly business review with a GSI, a joint account-planning session with an ISV, or an executive lunch with a partner GM. End of week is strategy time heads-down on business cases, partner plans, and cross-border projects. You operate with high autonomy, roughly 60% collaborative and 40% solo, using Salesforce for pipeline and Marketplace for transactable co-sell.

About the team
Our team in EU North is focused on one thing: making partners the go-to accelerator for enterprise cloud adoption across the Benelux. We work directly with GSIs, national SIs, and ISVs to build joint solutions that solve real customer problems from AI workloads to large-scale migrations. The group is small enough that your ideas shape how we operate, but connected enough to tap into broader AWS resources when a deal or partner opportunity demands it.

We're growing the partner-attributed share of enterprise pipeline, and the next 18 months are about deepening co-sell motions, expanding into new verticals, and helping partners build repeatable practices. If you want a team where your commercial instincts and relationship-building skills translate directly into measurable customer impact, this is the place.
