AWS EMEA SARL (Denmark Branch) · Remote (Israel) · Marketing

Remote (Israel)Full-timeLead

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join the EMEA ISV & Workloads Partner Marketing team. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, this role will design and execute high-impact ABM programmes for ISV customers and technology partners across the EMEA region. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives that accelerate cloud adoption, workload migration, and partner growth.

The ABM Manager will own the end-to-end execution of ABM programmes within assigned thematic clusters, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programmes that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. You will be part of a distributed EMEA team and collaborate closely with sales, partner development, and marketing peers across the region.

Key job responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing (Cloud Adoption & Workload Growth):

Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for a portfolio of EMEA ISV accounts, translating AWS cloud, AI/ML, and GenAI capabilities into business-relevant value propositions
Analyse customer data, buying signals, and market trends to optimise campaign strategy
Deliver multi-channel programmes (events, digital, direct) that drive cloud adoption and workload migration
Track programme performance — pipeline influenced, engagement scores, and ROI — and continuously optimise
Partner Growth & Co-Marketing:

Develop joint marketing plans with key ISV ABM accounts and manage Marketing Development Funds for integrated go-to-market activations across EMEA
Support ISV partners through marketing enablement, content creation, and joint customer engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence:

Build strong relationships with EMEA sales teams, solutions architects, and partner development managers
Align ABM programmes with broader EMEA field marketing efforts
Drive operational excellence through standardised processes and documentation
Collaborate with global ABM and EMEA ISV cluster peers to share learnings and scale best practices
Represent AWS at industry events and partner forums across EMEA

A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing engagement dashboards and campaign metrics for your assigned cluster accounts across EMEA. Mornings might include strategy sessions with sales leaders across multiple countries, aligning on pipeline targets. After lunch, you could be finalising logistics for an executive roundtable bringing together ISV CxOs to discuss GenAI adoption on AWS. Later, you might develop a joint go-to-market campaign with an ISV partner, creating content that showcases how their AWS-built solution solves real customer challenges. You'll regularly collaborate with EMEA ABM cluster peers to share playbooks and scale what works.

About the team
The EMEA ISV & Workloads Partner Marketing team drives demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through strategic marketing programmes developed for and with AWS technology partners (ISVs) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We work the intersection of customer and partner marketing — helping ISV customers accelerate their own cloud journey on AWS while simultaneously enabling them to build and sell solutions that serve end customers.
Our ABM programme uses thematic cluster model to deliver highly personalised, account-specific marketing across EMEA's most strategic ISV accounts. The team is distributed across multiple EMEA locations and works as one integrated unit.
