About the role
The PARP Residential Sales team is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to own the sales strategy charter for our apartment locker network across North America. In this role, you'll drive how we plan, measure, and grow the network. You'll lead network planning and site prioritization, build the dashboards and reporting that keep the business on track, and own the strategies that improve conversion rate at every stage of the funnel.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with sales leadership as a strategic partner, turning data into decisions and building the operational backbone that enables a fast-scaling business. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and energized by building structure in a high-growth environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the sales strategy charter for PARP Residential, including go-to-market planning, market prioritization, and resource allocation
• Lead network planning efforts, using delivery density data, market signals, and portfolio analysis to determine where and how we grow next
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership and the field team real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and network growth
• Drive conversion rate improvement initiatives across the sales funnel, identifying friction points and implementing solutions that accelerate PMG acquisition
• Run forecasting, business reviews, and cadenced reporting that keep the organization aligned and informed
• Design and execute demand generation strategies that build pipeline and feed the top of funnel
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to surface insights and recommendations for executive decision-making
• Coordinate across sales, operations, marketing, and partner teams to execute strategic priorities

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project

Basic qualifications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
