About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Ever wondered what it takes to turn a complex business idea into a visual story that helps close million-dollar deals while using AI as your creative partner? That's exactly what we do at Q Branch, Salesforce's innovation team across the entire cycle, from pre-sales all the way through building. We're an ambitious group of doers, designers, strategists, and storytellers who turn complex ideas into working solutions.
Who You Are
You're a student, curious about technology, generative AI, and design, looking to kick off your career in a fast-moving environment. You're excited to learn how to communicate complex business concepts through simple, persuasive visual experiences.
We're looking for a versatile "builder" mindset; someone who doesn't just design, but experiments with AI tools to accelerate and scale visual content creation. You'll work closely with Solution Builders, Architects and Engineers, using internal/external tools like generative AI image models and AI-assisted prototyping to help presenters tell business stories in simple, memorable ways; think decks and prototypes that support real customer deals, not classroom exercises.
What You'll Do
During your internship with Q Branch, you will:
Support the definition of presentation objectives and strategy during discovery, helping decide which formats and tools: traditional and AI-powered, fit each business challenge.
Create visual assets (presentations, prototypes, mockups, video) using design tools and generative AI (e.g., image generation, AI-assisted prototyping, deck automation) to support the Solutions Builder team during the sales/building cycle.
Build and experiment to propose new AI-driven artifacts to increase the speed and quality of the team's output.
Apply and maintain Salesforce brand standards across every deliverable.
Collaborate on mid-term strategic projects for the Solutions Builder team.
You'll be paired with a Trailguide who will mentor you throughout onboarding.
What You'll Gain
Hands-on mentorship from a dedicated Trailguide throughout your onboarding and internship.
Real exposure to global customer engagements: your work will directly support live deals, not just practice projects.
A portfolio-ready body of work: presentations, prototypes, and AI-driven creative assets
Networking with Solution Builders, Account Managers and Executives across Latin America.
Need to Have
Student in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Figma, Illustrator/Photoshop).
Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools applied to design (image generation, AI design assistants, etc.) no professional experience required, just eagerness to experiment.
Portfolio of personal or academic projects showing a range of visual approaches.
Ability to transform complexity into easy-going concepts, visually and verbally as this is a customer facing role.
English fluency (written and spoken).
Strong communicator, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
Any prior (even informal) experience using AI tools to create visual content.
Interest in business storytelling or B2B sales.
Portuguese is a plus.
What We Offer
The opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow your career in a Fortune 500 company.
A culture of continuous learning and development, including mentorship and formal training programs.
Competitive salary and benefits, including health, and vision coverage, along with employee wellness programs.
A chance to make an impact by helping businesses grow through innovative Salesforce solutions.

Start Date: November 2026
