Key job responsibilities
Operations Associate (Compliance India team) will be a high performing individual contributor, responsible for end-to-end compliance operations in various Amazon EU marketplaces. The job involves organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments; in addition to owning the production and quality KRAs for this team. He/she will also be responsible for adhering to service level goals. He/ she will experience wide range of problem solving situations, strategic to real-time, sometimes requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have good operational experience. In addition, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and integrity of Amazon's systems and data.
About the team
This role is for the Compliance India team, operating from Hyderabad, India.
Our customers are selling partners, who sell a variety of products in the Amazon marketplaces while adhering to a multitude of compliance rules and regulations in the respective regions.
The stakeholders include de-risking managers located across countries such as Luxembourg, UK and other EU countries.
We strive to ensure that our selling partners remain compliant with the regulations in the respective online marketplaces and continue to grow.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- 2+ years of work experience in operations with an ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Macros, Python would be an added advantage

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- 2+ years of work experience in operations with an ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Expert in Microsoft Excel- Basic knowledge of SQL, Macros, Python would be an added advantage
