Operations & Integration Lead

• Map priority workflows and establish clear responsibilities with the teams involved.

• Coordinate integration projects across operations, finance and technology.

• Build practical operating routines, documentation and measures of progress.

• Capture what works and adapt it for other companies without losing local expertise.
