Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager who wants to reinforce the Italian sales force for retail Eurocryor Brand, launching a career in Sales in Epta!

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

•      Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the assigned customer portfolio
•      Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
•      Negotiate and close agreements with customers
•      Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
•      Analyze sales results and forecasts on a monthly basis
•      Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
•      Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
•      Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
•      Stay up-to-date with new product launches

Requirements:

•      Fresh graduate in technical disciplines; diploma will be evaluated if followed by interesting experience in similar context/role
•      Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
•      Excellent analysis skills, result orientation, flexibility and initiative
•      Ability to develop a strategic vision
•      Excellent multi-level communication skills
•      Entrepreneurship and courage and the ability to manage change
•      Italian language is mandatory, fluent English is required
•      National mobility is mandatory, especially in North and Central Italy

•      Based in Home Office (North Italy location is required)

At Epta, we offer a transparent and competitive compensation package aligned with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL - Metalworking).

• CCNL level: B2
• Base salary: From €33,000 gross per year (CCNL Level B2 minimum). The final offer will be determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria applied consistently across all candidates, including verified professional experience, relevant technical competencies, and the confirmed scope and responsibilities of the role.
