About the role
The Sales GTM (SGTM) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the sales teams who sell it. Given this team’s unique position within the Sales org, the SGTM organization is called upon to drive GTM strategy when doing so results in clear benefits for our customers.
We're seeking a WW GTM to join our Sales GTM (SGTM) organization focused on Amazon ad tech and Open Internet, with STV at the center. The ideal candidate will be an industry veteran with deep ad tech and STV expertise, bringing complex products and solutions to market. As the voice of both our customers and global sales teams, you'll help organizations navigate maximizing advertising effectiveness. You'll bridge the crucial gap between market needs and product development, ensuring our customer understand how our solutions meet business objectives across global markets.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive the global Amazon ad tech and Open Internet sales strategy by serving as a primary liaison between Product organizations and global sales teams
• Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that address varied requirements across regions
• Partner with other SGTM teams to create and maintain sales enablement frameworks that help teams articulate our ad tech and open internet capabilities to customers and stakeholders
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around our ad tech advertising solutions
• Analyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments to sales teams and customers
• Support global sales teams gathering voice of the customer (VOC) and blockers
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM strategies align with holistic Amazon Ads Sales GTM
• Establish a partnership with internal and external senior business leaders to drive the business forward
• Identify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews
• Develop and execute weekly, and monthly action plans that increase adoption of strategic initiatives
• Effectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization, up to and including SVPs
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
Preferred qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
