About the role
Ensure the management of independent resources, hiring, evaluation of suppliers to meet the necessary requirements and geographical area.
Portuguese, advanced English, conversational Spanish
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (1-hour lunch break)
Requirements
Solid knowledge of global geography.
Proficiency in internet search tools and ability to find relevant information in different countries and sources.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).
Ability to create professional and effective presentations in PowerPoint, using graphics, tables, and other visual elements; also mind maps to help visualize and organize complex information.
Ability to organize and present data clearly and concisely, using the aforementioned tools.
Proficiency in Visio (or other diagramming tools) to create flowcharts, organizational charts, and other types of diagrams; knowledge and use of Google Earth for geographic information visualization.
Generate reports for comparative price analysis, identify maximums and minimums.
Analyze data and draw relevant conclusions for decision-making.
Knowledge and management of key performance indicators (KPIs), trend analysis, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Ability to develop and execute action plans based on data analysis and available information.
Knowledge and use of Ishikawa diagram (or cause-and-effect diagram) for problem-solving.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp for internal and external communication.
Knowledge of systems for ticket management and problem resolution.
Required Skills:
Documentation validation (validity, signatures, formats); Advanced Excel; Visio, Google Earth, Flowchart, Ishikawa diagram
Languages required for this profile:
Native Portuguese
Advanced conversational English
Advanced Spanish (desirable)
Financial contribution: $465 per month.
