About the role
We are seeking a hands-on technically deep and strategic Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging developer ecosystems across technology domains. You will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep AI and technical expertise combined with a passion for developer education and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and own NVIDIA's developer ecosystem in Brazil, with a focus on SDK and library adoption, spanning startups, ISVs, enterprises, GSIs, and academic institutions.
Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA’s software stack (tools, SDKs, libraries, NIMs, and blueprints) into real-world partner or developer projects to accelerate adoption.
Support developers and partners through onboarding and integration by providing code samples, guides and technical advisory that enable industry-specific use cases.
Research and monitor developer ecosystem trends to identify opportunities for growth, sharing insights with engineering, product, and marketing teams to improve adoption strategies.
Collaborate with partner technical leaders and internal engineering stakeholders to troubleshoot challenges, guide best-practice integrations, and feed technical takeaways back to NVIDIA teams.
Represent NVIDIA at top developer events and build a recurring presence in the local community.
Monitor the competitive landscape (including open-source model ecosystems) and feed insights back to product and engineering teams.
What We Need to See
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
12+ years of experience rooted in software engineering or technical roles. You should have a strong programming background in Python.
Proficiency in PyTorch, Hugging Face, and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex etc), hands-on experience with vector databases, inference serving (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM), and API-driven AI development.
Practical knowledge across the GenAI and Agentic AI stack: LLM fine-tuning and post-training, inference optimization, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic patterns including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, etc.
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA's stack strongly preferred: CUDA, NeMo, TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo, NAT, RAPIDS etc.
Deep familiarity with Brazil's developer ecosystem
Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish a strong plus for broader LATAM coverage
Ability to operate across audiences from engineers to CTOs
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd
Experience building or deploying agentic AI systems, multi-agent frameworks, tool-calling pipelines, autonomous workflow automation.
Contributions to open-source AI projects, published technical blog posts, conference talks, or active GitHub presence demonstrating real technical work.
Established relationships within Brazil and LATAM’s AI community.
Familiarity with sovereign AI architectures, AI factory deployments in LATAM.
Track record of turning developer ecosystem insights into concrete product or engineering improvements.
