What you will build

• Develop relationships with company owners and a qualified acquisition pipeline.

• Lead commercial assessment, valuation and transaction coordination.

• Build investment cases with a credible operating and integration plan.

• Work closely with operating leaders, finance and advisers through diligence and handover.

• Experience taking acquisitions through assessment, valuation, diligence and transaction execution.

• Commercial understanding of operating businesses and the requirements of successful integration.
