Amazon is looking for ambitious, curious and versatile individual's to join our unique world as interns. Our internships are educational opportunities intended to allow you, our future managers, to discover how we lead and develop our teams of Associates. As an Operations Intern, you will learn to engage teams to realize their full potential, ensure their performance in order to fulfil our customers’ expectations, and encourage a safe and productive environment within our Fulfillment Centers. Your internship will put you at the heart of our Operations where you will be part of the journey of one of our many customer's orders.

You will put your analytical skills to the test and roll up your sleeves to complete actions that will contribute to improving the functionality and level of service that Fulfillment

Key job responsibilities
- Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems
- Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)
- Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front line
- Associates, thinking broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges faced by one of the world’s fastest growing operations network.

Basic qualifications

- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Engineering, Engineering, or other related field with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and December 2027
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts)
- • Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30 hours/week
- • Available to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during business hours
- • Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
- • Fluent in Spanish

Preferred qualifications

- • Familiarity with data analysis or continuous improvement methodologies
- • Interest in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
